Working together — how it goes

Let's slow down and look at what's actually happening.

This isn't a course you click through on your own. I look at what keeps repeating in your life, and we build the work around that — not the other way around. If I'm doing my job, you eventually won't need me anymore.

How it works

No mystery here. Just the actual steps.

  1. 01

    Tell me

What's actually going on, in your words. Not the tidy version.

  2. 02

    Map it

A short assessment that shows the pattern instead of scoring you.

  3. 03

    Look underneath

The reason behind the reason. We explore it — I don't diagnose it.

  4. 04

    Build the path

Activities, experiments, and a few uncomfortable questions, built for you specifically.

  5. 05

    Practice

Real life, between sessions. A journal, a few trackers, some homework.

  6. 06

    Adjust

The path changes as you do. Nothing about it is set in stone.

  7. 07

    Notice the difference

First the behavior shifts. Then the results. Then it's just how you live now.

It's a loop, not a straight line. Progress gets fed back into the assessment, and the path adjusts instead of starting over.

Where are you actually going, and why do you keep postponing the things you say matter?

  • Direction
  • Discipline
  • Habits
  • Avoidance
  • Decision-making
  • Self-sabotage

This isn't a worksheet about goals. It's a close look at the handful of behaviors quietly running your days — the ones doing the most damage, or the most good — and real practice changing them where you actually live.

How it starts

Paying isn't the first thing that happens.

How it runs

A loop, not a syllabus.

Your path changes as you do. Things get added, reordered, or dropped once we know more about what you're actually dealing with. Nothing is locked in on day one.

Sessions happen over a video call — Google Meet, Zoom, whatever's easiest. Most of the real change happens between sessions, not during them.

Before you commit to anything

Your first 7 days are free

I'll ask for a card up front, but nothing gets charged until day seven. Those seven days are for you to find out if this actually helps. If it doesn't, cancel, and you won't pay a thing.

  • A short assessment
  • A few interactive exercises
  • A journal to start with
  • Some of the Human Manual
  • The Perspective Shift tool

Once the seven days are up

  1. Keep going, if it's working
  2. Talk to Nicholas directly
  3. Have a free call
  4. Decide together if it's a fit
